If you're interested in becoming a leader for mountain biking club [or any DOC  
club] the two central requirements are Group Dynamics and Risk Management. These  
are each 90 minute courses taught by Rory Gawler. Pretty painless, and quite informative.  
The times are listed below, you can respond to Rory, or just show up.
If you're planning on, or interested in more information about, becoming a MBC  
leader, blitz us so we can put you on our prospective list, and fill you in on  
the other club-specific requirements.
