Then, it is odd that Guest shows up in your login window: only your name and "Other..." should be available there. Perhaps a corrupted preferences file? I don't know if this will fix the problem but...

1. Close System Preferences if it is open;

2. Delete '/Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow.plist';

3. Open Accounts System pref, unlock it, do something (e.g. check and uncheck an option), and lock it.

The last step is intended to let OS X recreate com.apple.loginwindow.plist.

Also try to restart your Mac if you have not.
