Or is this what you want to do?

1. Open Accounts System Pref;

2. Unlock the lock;

3. Select Guest Account;

4. Uncheck all check boxes;

5. Lock the lock.


That is how I have disabled Guest Account. Or do you mean something in those steps stopped working in 10.6.5?
