Software Engineer, Professional Services (Entry Level)
Position Summary:  
The Professional Services Consultant position is responsible for the successful completion of all client implementation activities of the company's enterprise software solutions.  These implementation project activities include face to face client meetings for requirements analysis and definition, configuration of software, enhancement development, conference room pilots, testing, and go-live support for client.  The consultant works under the direction of a Consulting Manger or Senior Consultant, but may also be required to manage and lead small engagements where pertinent.   
Requirements:
-	Leads efforts for multiple projects in varying phases of implementation simultaneously 
-	Meets directly with client's business users to identify project objectives and requirements 
-	Works within overall project plan and schedule 
-	Provides feedback to customers and creates structured documentation, including specifications and weekly status reports 
-	Advises client on configuration and implementation options based on best practices 
-	Leads the business requirements gathering process for client customizations 
-	Participates in customization design sessions with the client and project team 
-	Supports installation, customization and solution testing, including preparation of test scenarios.  Oversees client user acceptance testing. 
-	Acts as a technical mentor for clients in transferring solution critical knowledge 
-	Collaborates with customer team participants 
-	Ensures that all implementation methodology deliverables are complete and on-time 
A proven record in application development is required along with extensive experience of at least ONE or more of the following OS platforms: Solaris, Linux and NT. The candidate will also have practical experience of Web Servers such as IIS, Apache, Netscape. Database technology such as MS SQL & Oracle is also highly desirable.
A demonstrable knowledge of at least TWO of the following Scripting/Programming paradigms is required: C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, ASP, HTML, DHTML, .NET, XML, PHP, COM Objects, CGI.
This is a challenging undertaking that requires a quick learner, able to apply excellent problem solving skills under time pressure. You will get to know the technology inside-out and need to be highly motivated to get the job done to an exemplary standard. It's not a nine-to-five job but it's a role that will keep you interested and can take you all over the country and the world, working with leading companies.

-	Ability and desire to travel frequently to client locations 
-	Must be in close proximity to a major US airport 
-	Must have excellent verbal skills and feel comfortable in group settings

Technology Specialist, SE (Telephony)
Position Summary:
Sales Engineers work with Sales Account Managers to effectively communicate Company's capabilities and how they translate to prospective customers' needs. This is achieved through both verbal presentation skills and technical demonstrations. Activities include software demonstrations and prototypes; customer meetings and technical presentations; account technical support; software installations/evaluations; network/OS compatibility determinations; assessment of business problems and identification of solutions using the Topic product. 
Requirements 
- A technical degree in computer science or engineering
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a close-knit, worldwide team of Sales Engineers
- Time management skills in a dynamic sales environment
- The flexibility to switch gears quickly from one assignment to the next
- Familiarity with at least one of the following operating systems: Windows NT, Linux, and Solaris
- Demonstrable knowledge of HTML, XML, and Java or C/C++
- A strong desire to learn and become an expert on some of the most powerful and exciting enterprise software on the market
Desired Skills 
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
- Experience with web servers such as Microsoft IIS, Apache, and JBoss

System Admin 

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to work on our Hosted Electronic Discovery team to provide technical support in terms of application development, troubleshooting and support of our production systems, and integration of new technologies into our production platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and debug environment and infrastructure problems found in the production and non-production environments. 
- Create scripts and utilities to help automate operational processes, and fulfill custom customer requirements. 
- Work with other team members in Operations, QA, and Engineering to plan the deployment of software releases into production. 
- Documenting and commenting scripts and utilities for ease of understanding and re-use. 
- Author internal documentation, such as environment diagrams, installation/configuration documents and release notes. 
- Creating custom reports. 
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology related major required 
- 2-5 years of experience in an information technology field preferred 
- Experience in application development (2+ years); Java, .NET. 
- Strong experience in scripting language (2+ years); Perl required, Python. 
- Experience in SQL / relational databases; Oracle or SQL Server 
- Experience working with a litigation support software or services provider a plus 
- Superior problem solving skills and judgment 
- Experience and exposure to multi-tier Web and client/server architecture/applications 
- Understanding and ability to communicate using technical terminology 
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a close team in fast-paced deadline intensive environment 
- Have a strong desire to learn continually and grow professionally 
- Background in relevant technical fields preferred

Hosting Application Admin

This position is responsible for supporting multiple applications in an Enterprise environment with roughly 8000 users. The Application Engineer will provide tier 2 and 3 Application Support to the Hosting Services and Hosting Operations teams. He/She will also handle configuration management with respect to the various hosted applications. Experience supporting environments running Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 is required. The applicant must demonstrate excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills with interest to grow and develop professionally. This position is for someone eager to learn multiple skills in various aspects of technologies including applications, databases, and infrastructures. 

Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues, manage workload, and balance priorities through frequent interruptions while meeting specific, time sensitive deadlines 
- Resolve problems with professionalism and diplomacy 
- Analyze client team requests to determine needs and requirements with the ultimate goal of meeting client expectations
