I am on a committee which is inquiring about technological options for 
addressing Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans 
with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Does anyone use or know of a closed captioning 
system for language learners that can be used in real time during language 
classes?
