It's a really good idea to have the various room projectors networked on
something like RoomView so that you can diagnose problems and track usage
from a central point. One on-call person can then re-set the unit remotely
or schedule a tech visit to the site for later attention. We found this to
be a godsend for dealing with screwed-up projection systems all over campus.
