Hi David,

IMDB.com has a Power Search (http://www.imdb.com/list) which allows
you to input country of origin, language, and release date range (i.e.
2009-2010), among many other options. Unfortunately this will only get
you partway there; it doesn't allow you to easily search whether there
is an upcoming DVD release, and if so whether that DVD will be
released in the US. It does narrow down the potential options, though.

You could also look through IMDB's list of recent and upcoming DVD
releases, sorted by country: http://www.imdb.com/Recent/
