I would recommend starting with a small (low great) wiki assignment,  
in Spanish, to see where the students are, in terms of authoring with  
the technology in Spanish.

Also, check your school's and WikiSpaces policies to make sure FERPA  
and other student privacy and intellectual property are not violates.
