Wash hands frequently! Have the antiseptic gel or foam by the classroom/lab
door so folks can cleanse both before and after use. The H1N1 is not a
particularly potent strain of flu, so there's no cause for alarm, but
precautions like: staying home if you are feeling flu-ish, keeping a six-foot
distance whenever possible from others, carrying a personal-size hand sanitizing
gel and washing hands whenever possible will go a long way to keeping folks
healthy. Standard stuff, really. Unfortunately, when the H1N1 vaccine is
ready, it looks like it's going to be a 2-course series, and it won't help much
with the standard strain: so if you're a flu-shot regular, prepare for three
this year. Ugh!
