As Doug said, we began looking for a NetSupport alternative when it
became pricier (and annual licensing) and they weren't fixing a couple
of serious distribution bugs we were having.  AB Tutor, on the other
hand, has a one time fixed fee (reasonable) and just plain works.  Good
