It took two trips but I found the normally reliable American Bittern at Post
Pond in Lyme.  I saw it before I completed my turn into the area.  It seems
shy this year compared with last; it wouldn't come out for a decent photo.

While there I also photographed Chipping and Swamp Sparrows, Warbling Vireo,
Baltimore Oriole, Lesser Yellowlegs, Eastern Phoebe, Killdeer, Yellow
Warbler, and Tree Swallows.
