I know some of you were talking to me about wanting to buy a bike. This just
got sent out to the ride-list (mostly road, which is why i'm forwarding it on
to you all).

>Subject: Mountain Bike for SALE--29'er
>To: [log in to unmask]
So I'm selling my beloved and little-used Gary Fisher Paragon 29'er.
It's spec'ed really well and has been maintained with a high level of competence.
This bike is sold as stock except for MAXXIS Ignitor 2.1" tires, which are completely
awesome and the best, especially for around here (not to mention that the stock
ones are dangerously crappy).
It's got SRAM X-9 shifters/r derailleur/casette, shimano chain, shimano lx f derailleur,
Avid Jucy 7 hydraulic disc brakes, RockShox Reba Race 80mm fork, and Bontrager
Race-lite stem, riser bars, seat post, saddle, race 29 wheels, and race crankset.
Everything works perfectly.
I've raced it twice, used it only a handful more times playing in the woods, and
don't need to keep it around any longer. This bike retailed for $1500+ and I'm
asking $850 which includes a full-on tuneup and fitting. I also have a Bontrager
race xxx lite carbon fiber flat handlebar, ritchey WCS bar ends, and easton EC-90
carbon stem which is on it now but coming off for the sale. If you'd rather that
cockpit, it'd be an extra $125 but would save some serious grammage and add bling.
In recap
sweet top-of-the-line race bike--29'er hardtail, glittery yellow paint, is very
lightly used, and is awesome. Oh, and 29'ers are amazing.
oh, and size large (19"). I'm about maximally tall to fit this bike at 6'2".
Email with any questions or if you want to see it. I can bring it to campus very
easily.
