I'm taking two beginner rides out to boston lot/oak hill on saturday for spring  
weekend, and I need a Co-Leader for each of them.

To be a co-leader, all you really need to be able to do is ride a mountain bike.  
  The rest of the stuff you need to be a full leader (group dynamics, risk assessment,  
ect) comes later.
