Hi Jon,

Check out the Sanyo Xacti line. I have personal experience with and
could highly recommend the HD1010 (http://tinyurl.com/cyrrlj); it
meets all of your requirements, but is also a bit pricey. More
affordable models from Sanyo include the VPC line
(http://tinyurl.com/c7k5vx), which also look like they'd be a good fit
for you, and are around $200.
