A significant number of subscribers are sending html email to llti, some are
sending emails that contain both html and txt versions.

Processing those emails for redistribution through the listserv mechanism
requires several extra steps and a search for the subject line and the number
assigned to it.

I would appreciate it, if subscribers send only plain "txt" email to llti. This
is easily accomplished in most mail clients by setting the the outgoing mail to
txt only.
