I had the name of the Lab printer removed from the network list. I then placed a
shortcut to the printer on the lab PC's. Only students in the lab could "see"
the printer, yet it could still receive updates from the network. The lab's
paper use dropped from over 500 pages (and up) a day to around a dozen.

I'm sure I'm not alone in my frustration with students sending items to the Lab
printer and then not picking them up. Do any Language Labs out there have a
program to control this? Our students pay a Lab fee so charging them is not an
option.
