The IT staff said that the complicated pattern of desktop shortcuts reque=
sted=20
for the Foreign Language Lab computers is causing problems. MicroSoft=20
updates can't download. And there seems to be conflict with the group Pol=
icy=20
object settings in the Deep Freeze software that our campus uses.=20

 Please suggest other ways to configure the lab desktops so students can=20=

easily access the  course related websites, interactive and audio cd's.  =
