This morning we paddled by canoe from Ledyard to Wilder Dam. Water
level is low again. Chris' and Charles' species still there, plus
goldeneyes and a merlin.
Prior to the paddle, in Norwich we found a snipe in the ditch, and with
out moving the car, a Meadowlark with a good-size flock of robins.
