Hi all,

That is correct. The problem with these URLs when sending to those who want to
access the survey is when you only copy and paste the survey link the program
creates for you. In these cases, the link directs you to the SurveyMonkey home
page. Instead, you should copy the code that is given to you by the program, and
paste it into the HTML of any webpage. This seems to be the only way to let the
surveyees access the survey. For this, the surveyor should go to:

- My Surveys
- Collect Responses
- Find the Collector Name
- You will see two options:
a) Sending survey Link in an E-mail?
You will see a blue box underneath that includes a link.
b) Placing Survey Link on a Webpage?
You will see a blue box underneath that includes a code.
Follow the directions in the second option (b): Only copy & paste the code for
those who would like to take the survey.

Best,
seda
