That means that this project is doomed to failure in those 42 cases - unless
Ed is prepared to check for every locality in those 42 zip codes - and his
friend will have to wait until they generate state codes as they should. In
the meantime, I guess he could except those 42 zip codes in the code
generation,  to trigger 3 beeps and a message at the end that records all
the cases that have triggered it and says "Look it up!".
