Hi Debra,

Only 2 sites can video conference, and more can do audio conferences (the
number 4 comes to mind but I'm not sure if that's correct because I haven't
looked at it in a while.)

I think that Skype is a great no-cost solution. My husband has been
experimenting with SightSpeed for personal use and likes it. They do charge
an institutional rate, though.

Gmail offers video conferencing for those with gmail accounts, but I haven't
tried it yet. 

Maybe others have heard of other good programs?

Hi-

How many people can video conference on Skype simultaneously?  This was 
not clear from their website. Any other free or low-cost  reliable models 
you would recommend?
