Hi,

All the universities in Israel offer modern Hebrew:

The Hebrew University of Jerusalem
Tel-Aviv University
Haifa University
Ben-Gurion University
Bar-Ilan University
The Open University

So are colleges. If you are looking to train teachers to have become teachers of
the Hebrew language, you should look for teachers colleges such as

Levinsky Teachers College,
Beit-Berl College
David Yelin College

Best,

Dr. Dania Shapira, Boston
