Agreed. Choosing digest mode means accepting certain 
responsibilities. Mailing list etiquette has developed to be fair to 
the other members of the list. To not follow that etiquette is to 
behave in an antisocial manner. Please don't waste other people's 
finite resources, which is what you do when you shirk your email 
responsibilities.

If you don't want the responsibility of fixing the subject line, then 
don't use digest mode.
