DISH has gotten a new satellite and they're plans are to move most of their
foreign feeds to just one satellite dish. I found this out when we lost DW. I
called and they apparently sent notices-and paid for-new equipment and
installation for residential users but we commercial users have to get the new
dish and have it installed on our own. I did get them to give me a $50 credit
and also to not charge me for the time I was without the service. Dealing with
them is always a trial but my experience has been if I never given in, they
will.

Good luck
