Rachida,

We had a similar issue here with Dish Network.  It turns out Dish is moving
some of their foreign language stations onto a new satellite.  Unfortunately
they didn't seem to notify their subscribers of this.  In fact, we had to
get a new dish in order to pick up the new satellite.  I would call dish to
double check, but I'm fairly certain you are experiencing the same problem
we had.
