Hello,

You might want to check out Adobe.com and Lynda.com.  They may have the
instructions and tutorials you need.  The Help section in Flash also helps.

I have been developing interactive exercises, games, materials using Flash for
quite awhile. Some of them use the components provided by Flash, some of them we
created our own. You can check out some of our work at
http://graphics2.dce.niu.edu.

You are welcome to email me for specific questions regarding flash too.
