>Subject: Two Mics on one PC

Hello. This might seem like an elementary question but how can I set up
two headsets with mics on one PC such that student conversations can be
recorded. Is there a simple miniplug or USB dongle that I can plug into
a PC that gives two inputs and captures whatever the two mics are picking
up? For example, two students sit down, put on their headsets, launch
Audacity, hit record and then talk to each other. I assume maybe a mixer
or other expensive component will be needed, but if there is a simple
solution you use in your lab, i would appreciate hearing from you. Joseph
