NEW CEO APPOINTED AT SANAKO

The SANAKO Board of Directors has taken a significant step in advancing the
development of the company and its business. In order to accelerate growth and
profitability the Company's management will be strengthened with the appointment
of a new CEO, Mr Jari Mielonen, who will take office from 22nd October, 2007.
Before joining SANAKO Mr Mielonen was CEO of SYSOPENDIGIA Plc, a Nordic listed
ICT company. Prior to that he held various management positions in telecom and
ICT companies.
Mr Matti Laakso, the CEO since February 2005, will continue his responsibilities
as Chief Financial Officer, CFO.
The Board sees Mr. Mielonen's appointment as the start of an important phase for
SANAKO. Mr Mielonen's long experience in the international software business
arena will ultimately strengthen the company's position in the educational
business domain.
