Leaving aside the legal issues for the moment, has anyone found a way to
successfully convert a PAL DVD to NTSC with fully functional menus?  The video
conversion is easy enough, but if you lose the ability to search by chapter or
to turn subtitles on and off, the conversion is not really complete.  Any
insight would be greatly appreciated.
