please, please, please... do NOT send html mail files to llti. They make the
editor's life very difficult. html files lose their subject line and index
number when sent to the listserv mechanism. 90% of an html file is junk and has
to be manually removed from the beginning and from the end. 

So, please, set the outgoing mail format to plain text!
