csh/tcsh are very different from sh/bash

You can't learn bash from the well-written book about csh and tcsh.   
At least not without lots of wondering about "why didn't that work?".

As I don't like the C language (or C++) I moved away from tcsh in Mac  
OS X long before Apple made the change.
