The boys and I spent the night on the summit, poised for the early am
singing of any Bicknel's Thrushes.  In 2006, Will and I had one singing
evening and am.... good !

Pretty amazing trail, for one that is used little.  This is site # 23 on the
northern CRBT map. The Kingdom corps has been really improving the trail,
and the summit firetower is all fixed up, with new treads and deck !!!

Amazing views of northern VT/NH.... Dixville Notch, Wallace Pond,  the
Averil's, White's, Canada !!  Burke Mtn, and the lovely CT River Ag lands.

Highlights.... (minus BiTh, none)

8 Swainson's Thrushes   (target species)
4 Blackpoll Warblers
9 Winter Wrens
3 White-thr Sparrows
