I wasn't aware that MS had stopped supporting the Visual Keyboard (we're still
using it).  

Have they perhaps moved to the XP on-screen keyboard that is available in XP's
Start menu under Accessories?  I find the on-screen keyboard to be less easy to
use than Visual Keyboard, but it does display the layouts for the different
languages.
