The Language Lab here at SHSU is still using Robotel (Cananda). Is
anyone else out there using this vendor and its SCVR interface?

A quick response to Mita Radhakrishnan concerning the Renet system, and
its
viability as an alternative to the two mentioned by Christine Anton:
Sony
(actually SANS now in its digital reincarnation) and Tandberg (now
Sanako).

We did investigate systems and support in the U.S., including SANS and
Sanako. We found that Renet's ReLANpro is indeed distributed in the
U.S.,
that it appeared to be the system most suited to our needs, and that it
had
the level of support we required.

For more information, see <www.renet-usa.com>. Renet's ReLANpro is
distributed in the U.S. by ASC Direct Inc., and they may be reached at
(800) 613-9554.
