We wrote up an article on our experiences using handheld devices. We
had good experiences and results, described at this Educause site:

http://www.educause.edu/LibraryDetailPage/666?ID=EQM0535

I'd be happy to chat offline also if you'd like.

All,

I am researching new and exciting uses of mobile devices, other than
iPods
or laptops, in teaching. If you have recently made use of some mobile
device in your teaching, please contact me off-list and give me a brief

description of what you have used and how well it has worked. I'd be
interested to hear about Tablet PC use if it is something that couldn't
be
accomplished on a regular laptop.

Thanks,
