Henry:

I'm not expert on wikis, but I could give some suggestions if you would
sketch out your requirements a bit further. Do you need to integrate with a
database? What kind? How about LDAP integration? What language should the
wiki be written in? (Both in the sense of computer language and human
language.) Do you need to be able to extend the wiki? Should it be
localizable? Do you need to be able to restrict part or all of it from
users outside a defined group?

You could also look at http://www.wikimatrix.org/,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_wiki_software for
chart-formatted comparisons. Searching online for "wiki comparison" also
turns up some more specific and/or narrative comparisons.

Best,
Trip
