Here is something which is not yet published:

Erben, Tony and Iona Sarieva, eds. CALLing All Foreign Language Teachers: A Looking Glass Adventure of Integrating Technology into Classroom Practice.  New York: Eye on Education Press, 2007.

I am not sure what it will be to CALL educators.

Dear Patricia,

I'm using the one titled 'The Heinle Professional
Series in Language Instruction:Volume 1:Teaching with
Technology by Lara Lomicka and Jessamine
Cooke-Plagwitz. I think this one is quite good for
giving background ideas to students.
