Last summer I used "Blogs, Wikis, Podcasts and other Powerful Tools for 
Classrooms" by Richardson, along with some selected articles.  However, 
it doesn't have a specific FL Ed slant to it. I really liked the book 
and will use it in my class this up coming summer.
