We also recently updated our language lab, and chose to go with Lingautronics
Genesis. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company for your lab.
Since installation, we've had numerous problems with the program's
inconsistency. While I've heard that many of these problems have been fixed
in newer versions, we were still considerably disappointed in the response we
received to our concerns. While the software may be improving with time, I
would say that the lack of communication and customer service from the
company is in itself a strong argument against Genesis.

Hope this helps!

Jackie
