Hi everyone,

What's the current best source for an IPA font for a Windows machine? Are the
SIL fonts still considered to be the best, or are there other ones out there
that would be preferable? I have a small amount of money to support this if
needed, but would prefer a free source if available.

Thanks!
Samantha
