Our guest will be Janet Swaffar, UT-Austin, Dept. of Germanic Studies,
and author of “Remapping the Foreign Language Curriculum: An Approach
through Multiple Literacies” (MLA Press, 2005). Professor Swaffar could
not join us on October 19th as anticipated due to illness, but we are
delighted that we could both reschedule for the 26th AND take Thomas
Hammond up on his wonderful offer to use his facility at Harvard for our
broadcast.
