However, none of the stuff that Gary quoted agrees with the information in
the full headers to the Digest!

And none of the information that I've been able to find yields a sensible
method of getting the list server to register a change of email address. For
me, time is running out -- do I really have to launch a new subscription and
than cancel the old one?
