Carnegie Mellon might. I think they were headed that way when I left in
2001.  Track down Chris Jones at CMU: he was very interested in that
area.

Dear all,
    Is there anybody who knows some programs that offer joint degrees of
master and PhD in the field of CALL. I know that most PhD programs
require a MA, but if my ultimate goal is to persue a PhD, why don't I
apply for a joint program?
    Your information would be highly appreciated.
