I have recently been asked about this as well. I would love an on-list
response.

This from a faculty member:

"Is there equipment that will record from audiocassette directly to
CD-R
for a listening copy without the intervention of a computer
workstation?"

I don't know of anything but figured someone on this list might. Please

respond directly to me and I'll get the answers to the faculty member.

Thanks,
