Some postings have been returned  to subscribers with a request for a
resubmission as "plain text"."

I normally send a complete copy of the posting back. I would appreciate it, if
all postings came in plain text format. If they come in other formats, my
editing time increases dramatically, because I have to look at each of these
messages to determine whether they come from edu domains and are legit and then
cut copy and paste into the list.

This concerns less than .1% of our users - but it takes about ten times as much
time to post these messages to the list. So, please, be so kind to send plain
text!
