Greetings:

This week's show will feature Dr. David Rose of CAST (The Center for
Applied Special Technology) (http://www.cast.org). We have changed the
time of the show to 9:30 p.m. EST.

 From the CAST website:

"Founded in 1984 as the Center for Applied Special Technology, CAST has
earned international recognition for its development of innovative,
technology-based educational resources and strategies based on the
principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

CAST staff includes specialists in education research and policy,
neuropsychology, clinical/school psychology, technology, engineering,
curriculum development, K-12 professional development, and more."

Please come and join in the conversation as we talk about how CAST's
work in general, and how CAST's work on learning might possibly be woven
into the language curriculum both at the K-12 and the higher ed levels.
