Colleen,

The absence of ReLANPro from the DLLS has nothing to do with its qualities,
it was simply the result of not being able to engage someone with the
necessary expertise to evaluate it in time for publication.  We are
currently in the process of updating the DLLS, with the intent of getting
the second edition published this summer.  ReLANPro will be included this
