>Subject: Forms in PDFs

This is a bit off topic, but I'd appreciate hearing from any of you that use
Acrobat frequently.

Does anyone know a way that one can create a PDF in Acrobat containing forms
that are:

1)fillable
2)printable with data filled in
3)saveable with data filled in

The users of the form may not have Acrobat pro, just the Acrobat reader.

Is this possible?

Thank you.

Carol
