Hello List:

   I have been tasked with writing a Pagemaker 6.5 plugin on the Mac.  I 
have very little experience writing any kind of Mac code, and am having 
great difficulty figuring out the user interface. 

   Can anyone suggest a book that will help me fathom user interface 
building, no matter how old?  The old Mac documentation I have assumes 
that one already understands the Mac, which I don't.
