Here's a quick report compiled by Thomas Garbelotti in my department.

Mactel running 10.4.4

Stuffit 10.0 installed and works
Blitzmail 2.7.1 installed and works
Kerberos 1.2.1 installed and works
K2client.sea installed and works
Firefox 1.07 installed and works
IE 5.2.3 installed and works
Acrobat reader 7.0 installed and works
DL-Recorder installed and works

VPN client installed and fails to run. [Error 51 - Unable to communicate with
the VPN subsystem. Please make sure that you have at least one network interface
that is currently active and has an IP address and start this application
again.]

Norton 10 : [Norton auto-protect could not continue. Please run live update or
reinstall NAV and restart]. Than it runs ok. Message repeats upon each startup.
System does scan media when inserted.

Office 2004 (complete) installed and works
Microsoft office update ran and installed

Classic was installed via transferring the system files and applications to the
hard drive, but does not show up, Classic applications like Hypercard show
icons that have the "no entry" traffic sign on top of them. They also produce a
message that says that they cannot run under this system.

While expanding CW Reference 8.0 img to desktop, time remaining showed up as
over 10,0000 hours. Bar progressed, but very slowly. Finally quit the install.

Most troubling, is that the machine will not see good OSX images of any kind
from a firewire drive to boot from. These images are known to be good, and work
without failure from G series processor machines. The images do show up on the
desk top when started from the hard drive.
